Job summary

PayPal is seeking an experienced Offensive Security professional to perform penetration testing across web, mobile, API, cloud, and network environments. You will validate findings, reproduce exploits, and guide remediation with engineering teams in a hybrid Singapore-based role.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, strong technical writing, and a proactive security mindset. The team collaborates across product and infrastructure to strengthen PayPal’s security posture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on penetration testing experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Security, CS, or related field
• Strong security knowledge across web, mobile, API, cloud, and network domains

Responsibilities

• Scope and perform penetration tests from planning through reporting and remediation support
• Perform hands-on testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and internal infrastructure
• Conduct cloud and network penetration testing across cloud and on-prem environments
• Review findings from AI-assisted code reviews and other tools, reproduce exploits, assess impact
• Communicate findings with clear context and remediation guidance
