Job summary

Rimes is seeking a Data Developer to design and operate cloud-based data pipelines, transforming raw vendor data into validated datasets for institutional clients. You will work with PySpark on Databricks, building scalable pipelines and ensuring data accuracy.

You’ll collaborate with product and client teams, translate requirements into production workflows, and help expand data outputs across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, CS, Math).
• At least 1 year of data experience in a technical or project context.
• Experience with structured or semi-structured data and data transformation/validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed teams.
