You will conduct needs analyses, develop tailored financial plans, and recommend wealth management solutions across insurance, investments, retirement, education, and estate planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holders (any discipline).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individuals, families, and business owners.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, healthcare, and estate planning.
• Recommend suitable wealth management solutions across insurance, investments, savings, retirement planning, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional advice and portfolio reviews.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, seminars, and digital marketing.
• Stay updated on financial markets, investment opportunities, and MAS regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
