You will assist in planning marketing initiatives, build client relationships on-site and remotely, and support daily admin tasks, with mentorship and opportunities to grow into a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator able to meet clients face-to-face.
• Digitally savvy with scheduling tools and basic admin software.
• Marketing or client servicing experience a plus; training provided.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing worksite marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site and remotely.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing execution.
• Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups.
