Job summary

Iconz Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated telemarketing specialist to reach out to potential customers using provided scripts, understand their needs, and capture accurate call notes in our system. You will refer qualified leads to the sales team, maintain detailed records, and support ad-hoc duties.

The role offers full-time work with an optional part-time arrangement, a pay range of SGD 1,800 to SGD 6,500 monthly, and partial work-from-home with a clear Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Clear and pleasant verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce our services using provided scripts.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and answer questions.
