Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and on-site environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing works.
• Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
