Job summary

GAIN CITY ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer (HVAC/ACMV) to act as a bridge between the project team and clients, sharing planning, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance expertise from project initiation through closure.

The role involves developing rapport with customers, advancing the sales funnel, and establishing contact with developers, architects and MEP consultants to align on scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC/ACMV.
• Prior experience in construction-related field preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and project planning software.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the project team and clients, providing information on planning, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance.
• Develop rapport with customers and advance the sales funnel from initial contact to sales.
• Establish contact with developers, architects and MEP consultants.
• Understand industry, products, equipment and services offered to clients.
