Job summary

Munters PTE LTD is seeking a highly engaged service technician to support site visits, repairs, and maintenance of commercial/industrial dehumidification equipment. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose malfunctions, train customers on standard Munters equipment, and provide detailed service reports.

The role requires NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years in HVAC maintenance, with ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of dehumidification equipment.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
• Provide training to customers on standard Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports and feedback on performance and service activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, writing and phone.
• Promote sales and service of Munters equipment during interactions.
