Supervised HVAC and cleanroom construction, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards
Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems
Enforced safe work practices and promptly investigated and resolved any safety incidents
Managed material and equipment logistics to guarantee contractor readiness and prevent installation delays
Provided on-site support to contractors, troubleshooting issues and minimizing downtime
Liaised with design teams to identify and resolve field-related discrepancies
Monitored contractor performance, delivering regular feedback and driving continuous improvement
Conducted routine inspections to verify installation quality and compliance
Participated in daily coordination and toolbox meetings to align on priorities and safety updates
Coordinated across disciplines (CSA, HVAC, piping, electrical) to prevent clashes and ensure seamless progress
Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
5+ years of HVAC experience in pharma or other regulated industries.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and industry standards.
Proven ability to optimize HVAC systems, excellent communication, and top-notch problem-solving abilities.
1 year Project
