A leading company in the drilling sector is seeking an HVAC Subject Matter Expert. The role involves ensuring HVAC systems are designed effectively, compliant with local regulations, and maintained throughout project lifecycles. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Engineering and possess at least 2 years of HVAC experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge to draft/perform qualification/validation protocol in compliance with all pharma regulation standards.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HVAC systems design and implementation.
  • Provide technical engineering input through to construction, in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for timely documentation review and approvals throughout the project lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, including estimating materials, equipment, and manpower requirements for HVAC projects.
  • Coordinate with contractor/engineers to commission the HVAC system.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore’s workplace health and safety regulations, implementing and promoting safe work practices among the HVAC team
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service records, project reports, and inventory records, in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local regulations, recommending improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Diploma in Engineering or relevant courses
  • Possess basic troubleshooting skill for HVAC system
  • Basic knowledge to draft/perform qualification/validation protocol in compliance with all pharma regulation standards.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience will have added advantages.
  • Willing to travel to Tuas.
