Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HVAC project engineer to manage engineering projects from planning to delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, site activities, and documentation, and work with customers, suppliers and internal teams on technical requirements. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience in ACMV, air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC projects, with strong analytical and communication skills and

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience handling ACMV, air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC-related projects.
Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities with good attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering projects from initial planning through delivery, coordinating schedules, site activities and required documentation.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on technical requirements, equipment sourcing, drawings and project specifications.
Support site activities including installation checks, technical verification, troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
Track project progress, prepare technical reports and ensure documentation is maintained accurately and on schedule.
Conduct site risk assessments and ensure project activities meet applicable safety and regulatory standards.
