A leading engineering firm is seeking an HVAC/ACMV Engineer to manage maintenance programs and ensure quality standards in Changi. The successful candidate will lead preventive and corrective maintenance and must be proficient in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5 years with a Diploma in ACMV work.
• Proficient in Mandarin for communication.
• Experience in preparing documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed efficiently.
• Prepare documentation and reports on assigned tasks.
• Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work on ACMV.

Job Description:

• Up to $5,200 Basic
• Working location: Changi
• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure the maintenance programs & rectification jobs are managed efficiently
• Ensuring the daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable range
• Ensuring adherence to quality standard, as well as health & safety regulations
• Providing project status of assigned task list items to relevant personnels
• Preparation of documentation & reports
• Responsible to plan, schedule & supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work on ACMV

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years experience in ACMV work
• Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years experience in ACMV works
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
