Job Responsibilities
- IP and Planning: Lead the planning of a solution that combines cultural and commercial appeal, covering scene design, interactive elements, and product display. Ensure adaptability and a deep understanding of the brand's tone. Be familiar with the full lifecycle operation of IP products, able to accurately grasp the value of IP and market demand. Plan explosive and viral marketing activities based on regional characteristics and execute them.
- Resource Integration: Collaborate with shopping malls, commercial districts, vendors, and copyright holders within the APAC region to coordinate venues, schedules, authorizations, and materials. Plan budgets in accordance with regional regulations.
- Event Execution: Manage vendors, coordinate the entire activity process, and develop execution plans. Be responsible for on-site construction, debugging, display, and personnel management. Solve unexpected problems and provide high-quality experiences. Utilize tools to scientifically plan the event from start to finish, precisely schedule time points, staff assignments, and resource allocation to ensure the event progresses in an orderly fashion and all phases transition smoothly.
- Scene Design and Spatial Planning: Proficient in 3D modeling and graphic design software (such as 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop), capable of guiding the scene design for pop-up events based on the content, rationally planning the spatial layout, prop display, and visual presentation to create an immersive event atmosphere.
- Marketing Synergy and Data Analysis: Collaborate with internal departments to develop integrated online and offline marketing strategies, online pre-event hype to attract traffic, offline promotion, monitor data to adjust strategies, and maximize commercial value. Collect data from multiple dimensions, analyze commercial value and return on investment, and provide optimization insights for subsequent events.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Majors in spatial design, marketing, project management, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or higher. Over 5 years of experience in planning and executing IP-related commercial events, and at least 3 years of cross-regional management experience. Priority will be given to candidates with APAC regional or international experience.
- Project Management and Resource Integration Experience: Proficient in project management processes, skilled in planning, coordination, and cost control. Possess a wealth of commercial resources including suppliers and offline malls, and have strong capabilities in resource integration and event implementation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with overseas experience or experience with trendy toy brands, as well as those with excellent communication and collaboration skills, a sense of responsibility, and team awareness.
- Adaptability and Stress Resistance: Capable of adapting to frequent travel and different regional work environments, maintaining efficiency and decision-making under complex and high-pressure situations.
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Master event data, gain insights into consumers and the market, and adjust strategies based on data to enhance profitability.
- New Technology Learning Ability: Understand emerging interactive technologies such as AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), MR (Mixed Reality), as well as hardware devices like touch screens and sensor equipment. Capable of integrating these with script content to design innovative interactive experiences that enhance participant immersion and the fun aspect of the event.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with preference given to those who master other major languages of the APAC region.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and an understanding of regional business cultures and consumer habits.
