Job description

    You will be joining Brave Souls Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Jangpura, New Delhi, dedicated to supporting acid attack and burn survivors as well as victims of gender-based violence. The foundation focuses on providing rehabilitation, medical assistance, legal aid, and empowerment to survivors, all while striving to raise awareness and create a society free from acid attacks.As a Multimedia Specialist, your primary role will involve enhancing the organization's digital presence and storytelling efforts. This will include managing multimedia content across various platforms such as social media, video production, and audio content to support advocacy, short documentaries, and outreach programs.Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing engaging multimedia content for the foundation's social media channels, creating impactful videos and audio content for campaigns and awareness programs, as well as editing and producing high-quality photos, videos, and graphics using relevant software tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with the communications team to implement digital strategies, monitor multimedia performance metrics, assist in live streaming and event coverage, and more.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in multimedia content creation. Proficiency in video and audio production, including software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Canva, is essential.
