Position: HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing using Times Software
  • Handle all aspects of income tax filing , leave system administration , and HR records maintenance
  • Apply, renew, and cancel relevant work passes via the MOM (Ministry of Manpower) website
  • Prepare HR-related documentation including employment letters, contracts, and memos
  • Maintain and update HR reports for management review
  • Manage daily HR and administrative operations
  • Coordinate and submit MOM and other mandatory surveys
  • Support management with ad-hoc HR and admin tasks
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently with a high level of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player who takes ownership of assigned tasks
