Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management system encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career progression planning

  • Create, update, and standardize job descriptions (JDs), KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for key leadership and management roles

  • Collaborate with the CFO and PMO to design manpower productivity metrics, optimize workforce planning, and align compensation systems with performance

  • Ensure all HR practices and policies reflect and reinforce the company’s culture, values, and brand positioning

Key Competencies Required
  • A strategic HR leader—not just focused on payroll—but skilled in building systems, solving structural issues, and driving organization-wide impact

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs, organizational workflows, and scalable HR systems
