Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management system encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career progression planning
Create, update, and standardize job descriptions (JDs), KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for key leadership and management roles
Collaborate with the CFO and PMO to design manpower productivity metrics, optimize workforce planning, and align compensation systems with performance
Ensure all HR practices and policies reflect and reinforce the company’s culture, values, and brand positioning
A strategic HR leader—not just focused on payroll—but skilled in building systems, solving structural issues, and driving organization-wide impact
Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs, organizational workflows, and scalable HR systems
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets, allocate resources, and develop compensation models tied to performance metrics
