A human resources company in Singapore is seeking an HR Professional to support the Director in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BSc in Human Resources and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include payroll processing and policy updates to enhance employee satisfaction. This role requires strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
In this role you will support the Director in managing the full spectrum of HR functions such as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting and forecast. You will be working closely with the management team and will be required to understand every aspect of the people challenges in the organisation. You will be the expert in executing people-related solutions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance to labour laws and government regulations.
