Register staff for Basic/Refresher Food Safety Level 1 courses.
Identify training needs, source and coordinate relevant training for employees.
Monitor foreign worker quota closely.
Calculate and analyze quota needs, propose solutions to maintain/increase quota.
Manage stock of staff uniforms, shoes, medicine, face masks, etc.
Prepare, verify, and process payroll for submission to Finance to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Process staff reimbursements and benefit claims.
Arrange birthday welfare for employees.
Benchmark company compensation and benefits with industry practices.
Review and update HR policies, staff rewards, and benefits with management.
Monitor employee performance and support managers with grievance and disciplinary matters.
Ensure employees are paid at least the required minimum monthly wages according to PWM.
Participate in MOM and ad-hoc government surveys.
Apply for relevant government grants or claims (e.g., childcare leave, levy waivers, SGUnited programmes).
Handle insurance claims and reports with MOM and insurance agencies as needed.
Renew Work Injury Compensation and Medical Insurance; compare quotes from insurers.
Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, confirmation, termination, promotion, increment, warning letters).
Maintain and update employee database and filing systems (hard and soft copies).
Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
