Job scope:
- Support HR workstreams in company transformation projects, translating milestones into tasks, timelines, and success metrics.
- Provide data, change management, and coordinate communication and training.
- Update and implement HR policies in line with Singapore regulations, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act, CPF, work passes, and fair employment guidelines.
- Oversee goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and guide managers on feedback and performance improvement, maintaining documentation and follow-ups.
- Manage salary structures and benefits, conduct market checks, and collaborate with payroll for accurate processing and pay equity.
- Lead hiring for office and site-based roles, from workforce planning to onboarding, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Implement programs for retention, engagement, and training, including career development, recognition, and compliance modules.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations, managing grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Oversee HR operations (records, leave, insurance) and ensure data integrity in HRIS, generating reports and supporting audits.
- Promote a safe, inclusive culture aligned with company values and green energy goals, organizing activities that connect employees with the company’s vision.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and provide HR metrics to support decision-making.
