The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, significant HR experience, and a strong understanding of employment laws in Singapore. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a talent pipeline.

  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand.

General HR Management:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labor laws.

  • Facilitate effective communication of HR policies to staff and ensure adherence.

  • Oversee performance management processes and identify training needs.

  • Implement succession planning and talent development programs.

  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.

  • Provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
