Job description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, supporting the organisation’s workforce strategies and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding;
  2. Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee-related matters;
  3. Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices;
  4. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture;
  5. Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course coordination;
  6. Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven decision-making;
  7. Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement, and other operational support functions.
