Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a talent pipeline.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand.
General HR Management:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labor laws.
Facilitate effective communication of HR policies to staff and ensure adherence.
Oversee performance management processes and identify training needs.
Implement succession planning and talent development programs.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct salary and benefits surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
Provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
