The Company
Our client, a private equity firm with their presence in US, Europe and Asia, is currently seeking to hire a HR and Admin Manager to support their Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
The Role
The successful incumbent will be involved in the day-to-day HR operations activities. The job scope includes but is not limited to, developing talent acquisition strategies, managing performance appraisal, identifying training needs analysis, rolling out initiatives on employee engagement, overseeing employee lifecycle, be the go-to person for all HR matters, business partnering with internal and external stakeholders, preparing HR reports and ensuring compliance, adhering to both Singapore and Hong Kong regulations. Other responsibilities will include ad hic admin related tasks.
Your Profile
The successful incumbent should have a degree in HR/Business or any related discipline, IHRP certification would be advantageous, bring along 7-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, has good stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, has good time management skills, can work independently, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.
