Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions, including but not limited to:

    • Recruitment and staff confirmation processes

    • Onboarding and offboarding activities

    • Administration of leave and employee benefits

    • Coordination and tracking of staff training

    • Handling work pass matters such as applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waivers

    • Maintenance and management of the HR system

    • Responding to employee inquiries and providing HR-related support

  • Oversee general office administrative duties, including:

    • Management of office supplies and inventory

    • Lease renewals and office maintenance

    • Upkeep of office equipment and assets

    • Website maintenance

    • Filing, documentation, and daily administrative support

  • Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure the company’s IT needs are fulfilled

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and administrative functions

  • Prior experience in office administration and handling work pass-related matters

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

  • Open to Singaporeans only
