Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions, including but not limited to:
Recruitment and staff confirmation processes
Onboarding and offboarding activities
Administration of leave and employee benefits
Coordination and tracking of staff training
Handling work pass matters such as applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waivers
Maintenance and management of the HR system
Responding to employee inquiries and providing HR-related support
Oversee general office administrative duties, including:
Management of office supplies and inventory
Lease renewals and office maintenance
Upkeep of office equipment and assets
Website maintenance
Filing, documentation, and daily administrative support
Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure the company’s IT needs are fulfilled
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in HR and administrative functions
Prior experience in office administration and handling work pass-related matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
