Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, working with People Services Team
  • Coordinate HRBP schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as letters, memo, contracts, and policy communications working with Talent Acquisition, Culture and Employe Relations team
  • Support communication planning and execution for non-executives and change initiatives.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition in job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Support offboarding processes to ensure smooth transition and minimize operational impact to business.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  • Address employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Executing performance management plans, conducting performance appraisals,
  • Address conflicts, performance/attendance issues of employees with appropriate disciplinary actions.

Employee Engagement

  • Administer employee services (e.g., uniforms, long service awards, life events, on-spot awards).
  • Support engagement initiatives in the company.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communication materials.
  • Provide Secretariat support for regular meetings

Policy & Compliance

  • Stay informed of HR laws and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in the roll-out and communication of HR policies.

Training & Development

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external training.
  • Support implementation of development programs and track participation.

Project Support

  • Support organizational change efforts (design, restructuring, culture initiatives).
  • Participate in HR project execution, planning, and evaluations.
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas for HR processes.

Ad-Hoc & Cross-Functional Duties

  • Handle miscellaneous HR operations tasks.
  • Work with external stakeholders (e.g., hotels, vendors) to plan and execute events.
  • Willingly perform any task assigned by the HRBP or leadership, contributing across business functions where necessary.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Experience: 2–5 years, preferably in FMCG or supply chain operations
  • Languages: English & Mandarin
  • Computer: Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Others: Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
