We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our global HR team. This role plays a vital part in supporting Temu’s operations in Singapore, driving recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and overseeing day-to-day HR administration in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s business development needs, and carry out specific recruitment activities to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.
