Job Description:

  • Supported end-to-end hiring processes, including interview coordination, offer letter preparation, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

  • Managed full-cycle payroll processing and assisted with expatriate matters such as accommodation and ACRA-related tasks.

  • Handled daily HR admin tasks including staff database upkeep, work pass applications, travel arrangements, mobile plan management, and uniform logistics.

  • Contributed to HR improvement projects and helped organize company events like Dinner & Dance and teambuilding activities.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration

  • With more than 3 years working experience with knowledge in Singapore labour law and HR practice.

Additional Information:

  • Located at Jurong Island

  • Company Transport provided at Jurong East

  • With fixed allowance of $140/Per Month and Site Allowance of $220

  • Working Hours, 8.30am - 5.15pm
