Qualifications

Job description

As a team member of the HR Operations SEAO, you will assist and work closely within the SEAO HR team in Singapore with regards to HR payroll responsibilities. The position will be one of the key support for the day-to-day payroll, benefit and HR administration. The position will be responsible for administrating payroll related policies and day to day processes, as well as acting as a change agent to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, including ways to digitalizing processes and outputs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of all HR payroll related tasks, inclusive of taxation and statutory administration, covering assigned fashion group brands (including but not limited to Celine/Loewe/Fendi/Givenchy/Kenzo) in all Southeast Asia and Oceania markets (including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Australia).
  • Provide monthly payroll reporting for Finance
  • Provide support for monthly and annual reports, from data collection and submission to regional or HQ offices.
  • Support staff benefits administration
  • Assist with HRIS system design, setup, enhancements, and testing
  • Ensure compliance of ordinance and internal policies, working procedures and processes
  • Review and ensure continual improvement and compliance in the internal HR system and payroll processes
  • Constantly in reach of efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and propose solutions
  • Ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Role Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR payroll role, preferably with regional payroll experience
  • Good knowledge in HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with good understanding of Employment Law and Payroll practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS system and MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Good time management and Organization Skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to changing environment
  • Detail-minded with excellent numerical and analytical skills and good follow through
