A private advertiser in Singapore is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll processing. This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resources and at least 2 years of related experience. Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will assist in providing day-to-day HR support and administrative services. The role will focus more on supporting recruitment activities and other HR functions, including:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing necessary documentation for work pass applications.
Support work pass management by assisting with work pass applications, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with employee onboarding by helping to prepare onboarding materials, setting up new hires, and ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the company.
Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for payroll, and assisting in the monthly payroll.
Maintain employee records and personal data in the HRIS system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed.
Coordinate staff contract renewals and assist in employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR systems.
Assist with the performance review process and help organize annual salary reviews and bonus payouts.
Support the organization of employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
Handle general HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, filing documents, and managing HR correspondence.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative assistance to HR managers and team members as required.
Perform other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the HR department.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role, with exposure to HR functions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Available to start immediately or with a short notice period.
