Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and screening activities of clinicians to support the operations and service needs.
Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners to ensure a smooth integration into the organisation.
Manage the offboarding activities, analyse trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives.
Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues.
Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff.
Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
Prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
At least a bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in human resource management.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
Detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
