A company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment and payroll functions. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and 2-4 years of experience in an HR/admin role, with a good understanding of labor laws and HR systems.

Pass/EP applications, renewals, and MOM compliance - Maintain employee records, contracts, and
digital HR files - Administer monthly payroll (using HRMS tools like Payboy / Talenox / JustLogin) -
Coordinate performance reviews, leaves, training, and CPD tracking - Support HR policies, employee
engagement, and internal relations - Liaise with external vendors (recruiters, CPF, insurance, etc.)
Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field - 2–4 years of
experience in HR/Admin (preferably in SME/Construction/M&E) - Familiarity with Singapore labor laws
and work pass procedures - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive, organized, and
tech-savvy with HR systems
