Base pay range

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate HR generalist tasks and recruitment activities
• You will organize and coordinate onboarding programs, training programs, business meetings and events, networking activities
• Creative in recruitment and team bonding strategies
• Creative in recruitment methods including by social media ( Tik Tok, Instagram, Linkedin etc)
• Administrative work including payroll
• Process employment paperwork (i.e. submission of NS claims, leave matters, drafting of letters)
• Conduct research and use data to gain insights to support the improvement of policies and processes
• You will collaborate with a diverse group of employees from different functions and departments in a professional manner
• You will liaise with any external partners (e.g. government-related entities, external organizations, candidates, vendors, suppliers, visitors).
