About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our recruitment efforts—especially for commercial roles like Sales and Business Development—while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working across languages and cultures, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company database.
  • Support offer coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations Support:

  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and updating internal databases.
  • Support the coordination of internal HR communications and assist in organizing employee-related activities or logistics when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in the execution of HR procedures and processes.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the HR team in ongoing projects or initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Business Development is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
