About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will focus primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 70%), supporting hiring across the Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions. The remaining 30% will involve providing support for day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms and actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations & Ad-hoc Support (30%)

  • Support the planning and execution of team bonding activities and employee engagement events.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Assist in general HR operations to ensure smooth internal processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR operational workflows and general employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
