Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, ambitious, and hardworking HR Executive to support our client’s Human Resource operations, primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is critical in ensuring smooth hiring processes and supporting training coordination for both white- and blue-collar employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals when necessary
  • Support offer and onboarding logistics

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Coordinate training program registrations, logistics, and attendance tracking
  • Maintain training records and feedback documentation
  • Assist in tracking mandatory training completion for compliance and skills development

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and audits as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with HR internship exposure may be considered
  • Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar workforce is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills with good stakeholder management experience.
