Human Resources Executive

Type: Full Time, Executive

Experience: 2 years

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000 Monthly

Job Summary

The Salvation Army in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and performance management. The role involves ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR systems, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer daily HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain HR records and systems (e.g., HRIS, ILTC).
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate onboarding.
  • Foster employee engagement, support staff welfare, handle grievances, promote internal communication, administer benefits, and process wage-related submissions.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate staff development programs, liaise with agencies for certification, and manage training records.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare or social services
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and HR systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)
