A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to handle payroll processing, recruitment, and compliance with statutory obligations. The role involves managing the full scope of HR functions, advising employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree and at least two years of experience in HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full process of Payroll and monthly submission to CPF
- Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management
- Prepare prompt statutory submissions and annual tax filing on IR21 and IR8A
- Provide advisory service to employees on HR matters
- Participate in MOM surveys
- Provide support in the documentation and submission for government grants / claims & related matters (NS Makeup claim, children leave, maternity benefit, SDF, Foreign workers Levy waived & etc)
- Maintaining employee personal file and updating employees details in HR System
- Manage full scope of recruitment services (drafting of job description, advertisement, liaising with recruitment agents, conducting and arranging interview and hiring of candidate applications for work permits/ issuance and etc)
- In-charge of onboarding and off-boarding, staff orientation, exit interview and clearance
- Apply, Issue, Renewal of work passes in WPOL / EPOL
- Administrative duties including record of medical leave, annual leave & dental claims
- Request of Prior Approval from main contractors and Application of Man-Year Entitlement from MOM
- Review, develop, implement and monitor all HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and programs to ensure relevant and compliance to company’s objectives
- Monitor and prepare monthly HR report, letters of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination, transfer & warning & employment certification etc.
- Handle daily HR operation and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
- Knowledge with HR Cloud System (Info-Tech HR System) would be an added advantage
- Immediate availability or short notice period
