Key Outcomes
1. Recruitment Excellence
• Maintain an active, high-quality candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Target: X candidates invited weekly, with a Y% response rate.
• Metric: X number of qualified resumes screened monthly.
• Conduct effective resume screening and professional interviews to shortlist top candidates aligned with Figment’s culture.
• Metric: Y% of shortlisted candidates progress to final interviews.
2. HR Administration Efficiency
• Manage contracts, benefits, and payroll with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Metric: Zero payroll or benefits errors reported monthly.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, including timely processing of stamp duty payments.
• Metric: Zero missed deadlines or penalties.
3. Employee Transition Management
• Conduct structured and insightful exit interviews, documenting key findings quarterly.
• Metric: 100% of leavers complete exit interviews.
• Handle HR issues professionally, ensuring confidentiality and timely resolution.
• Metric: X% of HR issues are resolved within Y days.
4. Onboarding Excellence
• Ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience with all resources ready on Day 1.
• Metric: X% of new hires report satisfaction with onboarding in surveys.
• Support role-specific training to ensure employee readiness and growth.
• Metric: Monitor training completion and satisfaction rates.
5. Performance Management
• Coordinate and execute performance reviews with clear goals and fair evaluations.
• Metric: 100% completion rate for scheduled performance reviews.
• Implement and manage accurate incentive processes to ensure timely payouts.
• Metric: Zero errors or delays in payouts.
6. Team Engagement and Employee Retention
• Plan and execute at least X team-building activities per quarter to boost engagement.
• Metric: X% of employees report positive feedback on engagement surveys.
• Start and maintain a retention tracking system to monitor rates by departments and roles, identifying trends to refine hiring personas and expectations.
• Metric: Retention data is updated quarterly, with key insights presented to leadership.
Experience and Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools and processes (payroll, benefits, recruitment platforms).
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements.
Salary range: 4-4.5k per month
