Summary: Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives, recruitment and driving meaningful engagement activities. You will also support day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR process improvements.
This role will be based in Tuas, Singapore, reporting to HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for queries, supporting employees and colleagues.
- Coordinate, implement, and track employee training programs to support professional development and compliance requirements.
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates,
- Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, global HR projects.
- Manage and process work passes, government-related claims (childcare leave, paternity, maternity etc), income tax submission and insurance renewal and claims.
- Supports the HR team on matters related to MOM surveys, improvement, efficiency, consolidation of general HR practices etc.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR related.
- Fluent in English and other languages will be an added advantage.
