Transport: Company transport provided from Joo Koon MRT to the office

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources cum Accounts Executive to manage HR operations while providing support to the Accounting department. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth HR processes, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and assist with essential finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties – Human Resources

  • Ensure HR operations comply with MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaising with MOM as needed.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging medical check-ups and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee and foreign worker records (e.g., passports, permits, insurance).
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment, confirmation, and resignation letters.
  • Administer monthly payroll, including CPF submissions, IR21 for leavers, and annual IR8A filing.
  • Monitor and process overtime claims, leave applications, medical certificates, and NS claims.

Supporting Duties – Accounting

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
  • Process and reconcile payments, collections, and petty cash.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting records.
  • Support bank reconciliations, audit preparation, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or accounting functions.
  • Good understanding of CPF submissions and payroll procedures.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, especially in foreign worker management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
