TAG India is seeking a dynamic Human Resources & Culture Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle while promoting our global values and fostering a vibrant local culture. You will be responsible for HR operations and creating an inclusive, engaging workplace through culture-building initiatives, value-based programs, and strategic people processes that reflect both TAG's global identity and India's cultural context.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate new hire announcements and HR system setup with TAG HQ. Design and facilitate structured orientation programs that embed TAG's global values and local cultural insights. Manage onboarding checklists, HRIS entries, and first 90-day engagement plans for smooth assimilation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (contracts, promotions, appraisals, exits). Handle end-to-end separation processes including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and settlements.
- Values & Culture Development: Develop and execute activities like teambuilding, volunteer initiatives, and recognition programs aligned with TAG's values and local customs. Lead office branding, design, and environment enhancements. Create SOPs and training modules on TAG's culture and values. Coordinate global culture events and local festivals.
- Learning, Development & Recognition: Identify training needs, organize workshops, and implement recognition frameworks such as peer awards and spot bonuses.
- Employee Relations & Feedback: Serve as an advisor on performance management, conflict resolution, and policies. Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups, and exit interviews, translating insights into improvements.
- HR Policy & Process Optimization: Review and update HR policies and SOPs, partner with global HR to localize policies ensuring consistency with TAG's values.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an MNC or high-growth startup supporting international teams.
- Proven experience in designing culture-building programs and recognition initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance global standards and local relevance.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is preferred.
