HR Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant who is passionate about providing exceptional HR support and guidance to our clients. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve success by delivering tailored HR solutions that align with their objectives. Responsibilities:

1. Client Liaison Excellence: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on various HR-related matters (e.g., HR software for payroll, SME governmental grants, grant submissions).
2. Tailored HR Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique HR requirements, developing tailored solutions aligned with their specific objectives.
3. Seamless Onboarding Experience: Facilitate clients' onboarding onto our HR software and HR Shared Services, ensuring a streamlined and effective transition process.
4. Compliance Mastery: Stay updated on the latest HR laws and regulations, offering clients informed advice on compliance matters.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the flawless delivery of HR services, maintaining a client-focused approach.
6. Strategic HR Insights: Deliver reports and analyses to clients, highlighting areas for HR operational improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (fresh diploma/degree candidates are welcome).
2. Keen Eye for Detail: Meticulous attention to accuracy and thoroughness in reporting.
3. Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients.
4. Dynamic and confident contributor: Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Inquisitive problem solver: Strong analytical skills focused on resolving HR challenges.
6. Experience with HR management software: Familiarity with HR operations.
7. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
