You drive key restructuring efforts to integrate the newly acquired members into the business and ensure successfulcompletion of the harmonization initiatives. You will also take on a hands-on approach to talent acquisition to support the expansion.
Regularly, you engage stakeholders on a range of strategic HR and day-to-day employee issues, while anticipating future needs.
