Job description

The company is a diverse group of businesses, with ambitious plans to expand its blockchain segment as the industry gains traction worldwide. This is suitable for HRBP who also appreciates a hands-on approach to work in a fast-growing business environment, or Talent Acquisition professionals looking to make a switch into HR Business Partnering.

With significant headcount growth plans on the horizon, coupled with company acquisition activities that are underway, your work as the HRBP plays a crucial role in delivering people strategy for the business’ continued success.

You drive key restructuring efforts to integrate the newly acquired members into the business and ensure successfulcompletion of the harmonization initiatives. You will also take on a hands-on approach to talent acquisition to support the expansion.

Regularly, you engage stakeholders on a range of strategic HR and day-to-day employee issues, while anticipating future needs.

What do you need to bring with you?

  • Relevant experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
  • Industry experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, FinTech or internet sectors.
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage written correspondence (in Chinese) with counterparts from China.
  • Full working rights in Singapore (without the need for visa sponsorship).
