The Position

We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Partner (HRP) to drive the development and implementation of Group HR strategies in support of our businesses globally.

  • You will partner closely with Business Leaders and in-country HR teams to develop, customise and execute HR strategies that foster growth, drive results and increase organisational effectiveness.
  • With strong commercial acumen, you are able to understand and anticipate business priorities and curate people agenda that supports the business.
  • You are pivotal in reviewing and leading organisational design and structure, change leadership and culture assimilation.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing annual HR programs such as workforce planning, performance reviews, compensation benchmarking and succession planning for the regional offices, aligned with overall business priorities and long-term goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in regional projects such as setting up pre- and post-legal entity, integrating global processes and policies, building diversity & inclusion, as well as supporting global mobility.

The unique mix of job responsibilities allow you to partner with Business Leaders and HR teams dynamically to have a broader perspective towards understanding business priorities and shaping HR strategic efforts.

This role will be based in Singapore (Global Headquarter) and report to the Group Head, Human Resources.

You will be a great match if you have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Youare someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point.
  • You should ideally possess a Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience in a complex and fast paced organisation. Regional Experience would be a plus!
  • Driven by strong commercial acumen, you have strong communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to build relations effectively across levels and cultures.
  • You are independent, self-starter, driven, willing to experiment and shape your role.
