A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employee management across various units. This role involves strategic partnership with senior leadership, talent management, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a positive organizational culture. Ideal candidates will have relevant degrees, significant experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, act as a change agent, and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. Your expertise will support the development of a high-performing workforce and a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disciplinary and resolving conflicts while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Talent Management: Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively and providing guidance to employees during transitions.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; provide guidance on policy implementation and interpretation.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and recommend improvements to HR practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role or similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to influence and drive change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry will be added advantage.
Familiarity with HRIS SuccessFactors system and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills.
