About the job

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, act as a change agent, and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. Your expertise will support the development of a high-performing workforce and a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disciplinary and resolving conflicts while promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Talent Management: Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively and providing guidance to employees during transitions.

  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; provide guidance on policy implementation and interpretation.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and recommend improvements to HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role or similar capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to influence and drive change.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry will be added advantage.

  • Familiarity with HRIS SuccessFactors system and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong project management skills.
