Role Purpose

HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals in Crestron. HR business partner has experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with line managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in aligning HR initiative with business goals
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues, addressing concerns, and promoting positive employee relations
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and performance management Processes. Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Manage all the employee-related data entry into the HR system.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. Assist in the development and communication of policies
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy of the HR data maintained.
  • Generate timely and accurate HR reports for data analysis and provide insights where applicable.
  • Support the annual HR cycle including Merit increase
  • Support of employees and managers regarding HR queries as well as administrative implementation of those
  • Contributing to global and regional HR projects
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
  • Handle day to day HR administrative tasks such as updating employee records and managing HR Systems, Dayforce.
  • Any adhoc duties assigned

Required Competencies

  • Proven work experience as a HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Good knowledge of labour law & legislations is Asia Pacific region
  • A positive & creative personality and a natural team player
  • An ability to work, plan & execute independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
