Job Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal engagement activities and events from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences
  • Measure and review the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement initiatives for improving future projects
  • Draft and edit internal communication content for newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate materials
  • Monitor employee engagement levels through regular checks and feedback sessions
  • Assist in organizing learning sessions and training logistics, maintain learning records and support employee development initiatives
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience
  • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, event planning, or internal communications
  • Energetic and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and culture
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders
