Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding employee administrative matters
  • Creation and maintenance of employee records in P-Filing
  • Ensure the smooth running of work in accordance to prescribed policies
  • Address to employees’ issues promptly
  • Assist on Account data entry as required
  • Handling emails and record on schedule accordingly
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • 5.5 working days
    8:00am to 5:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
    8:00am to 12:00pm (Saturdays)
