Job summary
A human resources service provider in Singapore seeks an HR Assistant to support payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist in various HR matters. No prior experience is required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, and fluent in both English and Mandarin. Training will be provided in a fast-paced environment, and transport is available for those in the Redhill area.

- Ensure smooth operation in HR matters.
- Process Bi-monthly payroll using payroll software.
- Maintain employee database in the HRIS.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR letters.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
- Process Bi-monthly payroll using payroll software
- Maintaining employee database in the HRIS & P-filing
- Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences
- Administer employee leaves and claims
- Work Passes related matters
- Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports
- Process IRAS tax clearance and government paid leave claims
- Assist in MOM market labour survey and other MOM surveys
- Assist to attend to phone calls and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement:

- Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
- Possess positive attitude and good adaptability
- Organized & Meticulous
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
- Able to work well in a team, fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to handle private and confidential matters at all times
- In Redhill area (Transport provided)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
