Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to be part of the backbone of the company that makes the people and operations tick.


You will work directly with the heads of departments to coordinate human resources requirements and administrative work.



What you will do

  • Onboarding and offboarding – Be the first and last point of contact with new hires and leaving staff members respectively
  • Company property management – Maintenance and upkeep of company property such as laptops, phones, sim cards etc.We
  • Human resources administration – Work Pass applications, maintenance, and compliance
  • Payroll and claims – Full payroll and expense claims
  • General administration – Manage pantry stock, company bonding planning and scheduling, and ad hoc needs
  • Records and compliance – Maintaining records of company property (eg. vehicle paperwork and insurance, rental agreements etc.), personnel files and folders etc

We are looking for:

  • Someone with 2-5 years of human resources and/or administrative work experience
  • Familiar with best practices in Singapore HR and labor regulations
  • Experience managing payroll, claims, and employment passes
  • Organized and process-driven – you thrive on building processes and structures and ensuring that the team keeps to them
  • Able to work independently yet able to communicate effectively
